We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

1. Standard Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it.

• We’ll request photos and your order number so we can process your claim quickly.

3. How to Start a Return

• Email us at euphoria.glamourstyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

• Once we confirm the item meets our return conditions, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We cannot accept returns that do not meet the conditions above.
